"During senior year of high school, my mom brought up the idea of attending Corban (then Western Baptist) one day while I was practicing my driving skills.  The Saturday after Thanksgiving we took a trip down here to the campus (I didn't know where we were going) and pulled into the Aagard parking lot.  Mom announced, "This is Western Baptist College.  You should consider going here."  The idea of attending Corban grew on me, and God worked everything out for me to come here.  Corban has a friendly Christian atmosphere, and this is a great place to earn a degree while growing spiritually and personally.  I've met some good friends and made great memories at events and in the dorms (this year will be my fourth in Farrar).  God has used Corban to teach me a lot about myself and my walk with Him, and the lessons I've learned here will stay with me for the rest of my life.
