SGA Publicity Request

Please read all the information below!

This form requests SGA designated publicity for campus events. If you need publicity for an event, please fill out this form completely. After completing the form you will receive an email notification when your request has been received. If you would like posters made for a non-SGA event (Student Organization, etc.) SGA may be able to help design them (just make sure to note that in this form), but the organization is responsible for making copies and distribution. It is not guaranteed that Corban SGA will be able to deliver on all requests, but we will try our best to fit in as many requests as possible. All campus publicity must be cleared with Student Life. Please note: an Event Request Form must be submitted and approved prior to any publicity that requires a requested space. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to email

Publicity Requests must be turned in a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the publicity requested date.

Please keep in mind that the SGA Leadership Marketing and Communications team has the right to turn down any of your requests and elements thereof if they feel it is unnecessary or too constraint for time. So please only request what publicity you need. Thank you!

Other points to keep in mind:

  • You will have to pay for your own posters to be printed.
  • Banner Boards are the big posters on the side of the Pavilion and will cost you $15 to make.
  • All video requests must be made at least 3 weeks prior to your event.
  • All publicity requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to your event.
